At Penzion QUEST, we care about the atmosphere and the location where we are situated. We are a family-run guesthouse in the historic center of Loket, where we respect the peace of the town, our neighbors, and the building itself. We are gradually building a brand based on comfort, courtesy, and mutual respect.
To ensure all guests enjoy the same standard and a pleasant stay, we have a few simple rules. Please familiarize yourself with them before booking – this helps prevent misunderstandings and ensures everyone feels welcome.

Check-in and Check-out
Check-in is from 2:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:30 AM. These times allow us to prepare the rooms for the next guests, ensuring they are always clean and ready.
If availability permits, we will gladly try to accommodate an earlier check-in or later check-out free of charge. Just arrange this with us in advance.
We also offer self-check-in via a key box. The day before your arrival, we will send you detailed instructions and the access code via SMS or WhatsApp, as agreed.

Reservations and Payments
Booking directly with us guarantees the best available rate. Reservations can be made easily online through our website or by phone – we are happy to assist and explain everything.
Payment terms may vary depending on the date and type of stay. Any deposit or payment method will always be communicated in advance and clearly indicated during booking. To confirm a reservation, valid contact details must be provided, and in some cases, payment via credit card or deposit based on an invoice sent by email is required.
Prices are per night and are generally based on double occupancy. Some rooms can accommodate one, three, or four guests. Local city fees and applicable taxes are added automatically by the booking system, so you always see the final price.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express cards, as well as convenient QR payments.
For larger groups, families, or corporate stays, renting the entire guesthouse is also possible. In such cases, we recommend direct email contact so we can prepare a personalized offer and the best possible conditions.

Cancellation Policy
As a small family-run guesthouse, every booking is important. We kindly ask for respect of our cancellation policy, which helps ensure fair operation for all guests. Thank you for understanding.

Visitors
Rooms are reserved for registered guests only. If you would like to invite visitors, they are welcome in the common areas on the ground floor of Penzion QUEST.
If your visitors wish to join breakfast, please inform us in advance. Breakfast is available for an additional fee.

Children
Well-behaved children are welcome at Penzion QUEST. Please call us so we can discuss your stay.
Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times.

Pets
Well-behaved pets are welcome for a fee. Please understand that the guesthouse is not a pet hotel – pets cannot be left unattended in rooms.
Exceptions may be made by prior arrangement. Thank you for your understanding.

Smoking
Penzion QUEST is a non-smoking facility. Smoking is prohibited in both common areas and guest rooms, including e-cigarettes and vaping.
Please be considerate of the building, other guests, and the environment we maintain for everyone’s comfort.

Liability and Damages
Please treat the guesthouse and room furnishings with care. Any damage, loss, or excessive dirt may be charged to guests. If something occurs, notify us as soon as possible – timely action often prevents further complications.
We also ask that furnishings remain in the rooms.

Quiet Hours
We want all guests to relax. Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM and be considerate when arriving or leaving the guesthouse.

Stairs
Penzion QUEST is a three-story building. Rooms are located on the 1st and 2nd floors and are accessible only by stairs. There is no elevator, so please take extra care when moving around.

Rule Changes
House rules may be adjusted slightly over time due to operational or legal changes. The current version applies at the time of your reservation.
