Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of your stay is possible under the following conditions (in justified individual cases, the procedure may be adjusted by prior agreement):

Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival.

50% of the reservation price for cancellations less than 14 days before arrival.

100% of the reservation price for cancellations less than 7 days before arrival.

Longer stays, multiple rooms, and group bookings

For stays of 3 nights or more, bookings of multiple rooms, or larger groups (from 10 persons), a deposit or full prepayment may be required.

During periods of high demand (e.g., motocross events, New Year, and other major events), individual payment and cancellation terms may be agreed upon.

These reservations are binding upon payment of the full amount or the agreed deposit.

In case of cancellation, the paid amount can only be refunded if the canceled dates are successfully rebooked by another client. If this does not happen, the reservation is non-refundable.

By agreement, it is possible to reschedule your stay for an alternative date.
